1. General Terms and Acceptance

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month after the dormancy period, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Users will be notified via registered email before dormancy fees commence.

3.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against phk77 through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through phk77's support channels constitutes a breach of these Terms. phk77 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any disputed transaction. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or without legitimate basis, phk77 may permanently close your account and pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programme

4.1 General Bonus Terms

phk77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all phk77 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

Loyalty Points have no cash value outside the Programme redemption mechanism and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

5. Gaming Conduct and Fair Play

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from phk77.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Closure by the User

You may close your phk77 account at any time by contacting phk77 support. Upon receipt of a closure request, phk77 will process any eligible remaining balance to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to phk77. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect phk77's right to retain transaction records as required by Philippine law.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by phk77

phk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or confiscate funds associated with that account, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent account information
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5.2
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account activity that phk77 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Identification of the User on a self-exclusion or responsible gaming register

9.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and phk77, you agree to first contact phk77 support to seek informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of initial complaint submission, both parties agree that disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for resolution of unresolved disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phk77's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their phk77 account during the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phk77 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from Platform unavailability or technical failures
• Delays or failures caused by factors outside phk77's reasonable control, including telecommunication failures, GCash or Maya service outages, power failures, or acts of God
• Any decisions made by Users based on information provided on the Platform
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account due to the User's failure to maintain account security

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." phk77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or malicious software.
